Abstract
|
|
|
A trial on anthelmintic effectiveness of Piperazine citrate on A. lumbricoides was carried out for 283 enlistedmen in 1971 and the result was obtained as follows;
1) Th ascaris egg negative conversion rate was 75. 4% in the group used the tablet of piperazine citrate (anhydrous) 70mg per kg (bodyweight) for two times with 7 days interval.
2) The ascaris egg negative conversion rates were 80.4% in the group used the syrup of piperazine citrate (anhydrous) a single dose of 5.Og and 78.5% in the group used a dose of 3. 8g for three succeding days (in total dose 11.4g).
